Terms of Service

Last updated April 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cejour.la (the “Site”) and the purchase of limited-edition prints offered by Toni Sleiman (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The work

Each plate on the Site is an original architectural drawing, offered as a numbered, limited-edition giclée print. Edition sizes, print specifications, and the authenticity scheme are described on the About page and on each plate's page; those descriptions form part of these Terms.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are shown on each plate's page in the currency displayed at checkout. Worldwide shipping is included in the price. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been captured and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability — and to refund any amount already charged.

3. Production & shipping

Prints are produced on demand by our print partner (Prodigi) on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm archival fine-art paper. Standard transit is typically 5–10 business days after production, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

4. Returns

Because each print is made to order with a unique edition number, all sales are final. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@cejour.la within 14 days of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Certificate & public ledger

Every print carries a public QR code, a printed human-readable code, and a sealed claim code. Scanning the QR code and entering the sealed claim code binds the print to you in the public ledger as the verified owner. The ledger is intended to be public and permanent; by claiming a print you agree that the ledger entry for that print (edition number, status, and claim timestamp) may be displayed on the Site. You may choose to remain anonymous on the ledger. We do not publish your name, email, or shipping address on the ledger.

6. Intellectual property

All drawings, images, text, code, and design elements on the Site are the intellectual property of Toni Sleiman and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a print entitles you to own that physical object; it does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. See the Copyright page for details on permitted and prohibited uses.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) scrape, copy, or reproduce the artwork other than for personal, non-commercial viewing; (b) interfere with the integrity of the public ledger or the certificate system; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or (d) use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Colors as displayed on screen are approximations; the printed edition is the definitive version of each work.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or a print is limited to the amount you paid for the print giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order is placed.
